Every year, the Parent Task Force, a subgroup of SCAP, hosts an essay contest for area 4th and 5th grade students. The topic is "Why my Parent is Special." Four winners are chosen and each featured parent receives a gift certificate to share with their child. If your child is interested in this contest and did not receive an entry form from their school, please contact the coucil coordinator for information.
